Where is my order?
The moment your box leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking link. (Note: We do not send SMS delivery updates, so always check your email inbox). You can also head straight to our Order Tracking page to see exactly where your truck is on the map.
My package arrived damaged. What now?
We will fix it. Just make sure you record your mandatory Anti-Tamper Unboxing Video before you open anything. Then, read our strict Return & Refund Policy to see the exact steps to file your claim.
Are your products really 100% original?
Absolutely. Fake chemicals ruin crops, so we don't mess around with them. We source everything straight from certified manufacturers. Every bottle stays factory-sealed in our Kavali warehouse until we ship it directly to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using your favorite UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit or debit cards, and net banking. Our secure payment gateway handles the transaction, and we never store your personal banking details.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
No, we cannot accept returns for items you ordered by mistake. To guarantee no tampered products ever re-enter our inventory, our return policy only covers items that arrive damaged or are our mistake. Please double-check your cart before checking out! If you catch a mistake before we ship your box, email us right away to cancel.
