  • Site activity: Basic technical information like your IP address and how you click through our store. This helps us find broken links and keep the website running smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We don’t collect data just to hoard it. We use your details specifically to:

  • Process your payment and pack your order.
  • Contact you if a truck gets delayed or there is a problem with your delivery.
  • Pull up your order history to answer your support questions faster.

3. Who Sees Your Data

Let’s be completely clear: CropKart India does not sell your personal information. We will never hand your phone number over to telemarketers, data brokers, or outside advertising agencies.

  • The Delivery Team: We give our couriers your phone number and address. We do this for one reason only: so the driver can actually locate your farm and hand you the box.
  • Payment Gateways: We send your billing details to our secure payment gateway so they can clear the transaction safely.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use basic cookies. These are tiny text files saved on your phone or computer that remember your preferences. They keep you logged in and ensure you don’t lose the items in your shopping cart if you close the tab. You can turn them off in your browser settings, but the checkout page might be hard to use if you do.

5. How We Keep It Safe

We lock down your information. Our website uses standard encryption to protect the data you type in.

We also do not store your raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. The certified payment gateway handles all the sensitive financial processing directly.
