Because we take product integrity this seriously, the CropKart return policy is strict. There are zero exceptions. We built it this way to protect your harvest and ensure tampered products never re-enter our system.

📹 The Anti-Tamper Unboxing Video
You must record an unboxing video every time you open a package from us.
We instantly reject claims submitted without this video. We do not make exceptions to this rule. Your video is your immediate proof of what arrived and in what condition.
How to Record a Valid Video
Follow these exact steps. If the video is edited or cuts away, we cannot accept it.
- Show the sealed package: Before you grab a knife, show all sides of the unopened box to the camera. Make sure your shipping label and details are in focus.
- Cut the seal on camera: Open the package in one continuous shot. Do not pause, stop, or edit the video at any point.
- Show the item: Pull the product out. If a bottle is leaking, the cap is cracked, or it is simply the wrong chemical, hold it up to the lens so we can clearly see the issue.
When We Accept Returns
We only accept returns and issue refunds under two specific conditions. If your order meets one of these and you have your unedited Anti-Tamper Unboxing Video, we will fix the problem.
- Damaged in Transit: The box is crushed, the factory seal is broken before you opened it, or a liquid is actively leaking.
- Wrong Item Delivered: The product in the box does not match your order confirmation email.
