When you use our website or buy products from CropKart India, you agree to the rules written below.
Read this page carefully. It explains your rights, your responsibilities, and the strict operational rules we use to keep counterfeit farming supplies out of our supply chain. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. User Accounts and Security
To buy supplies from us, you need to provide accurate billing and shipping details.
You are entirely responsible for keeping your password safe. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us immediately so we can lock it down.
2. Product Information and Pricing
We guarantee that every product sold on CropKart India is 100% original and sourced through legitimate supply chains.
We try to keep all descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we accidentally list a product at the wrong price due to a typo or a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item. This applies even if your card has already been charged. If we cancel a charged order, you will get a full refund immediately.
Prices and product availability can change at any time without warning.
3. Payment Terms and Billing
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have permission to use the payment method you selected. We must receive full payment before we put your order on a truck.
We use secure, compliant third-party payment gateways to process your money. We do not store your raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery Liability
We deliver physical agricultural inputs. Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, the delivery dates you see are estimates, not guarantees.
The risk of loss passes to you the moment the courier delivers the package to your specified address. Once it is dropped off at your farm or home, you are responsible for it.
5. Returns and Refunds (The Anti-Tamper Policy)
Agricultural fraud ruins crops. To protect you from diluted or fake chemicals, we enforce a strict, zero-exceptions return policy.
- The Unboxing Video: You must record an uninterrupted Anti-Tamper Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being cut open and the condition of the items inside.
- Automatic Rejections: We instantly reject any return or refund claim that does not include this video.
- Final Decision: CropKart India reviews all footage internally. Our decision on any claim is final and binding.

6. Intellectual Property
We own the content on this website. The CropKart name, logos, text, and graphics belong to us or our suppliers. Do not copy, scrape, or steal our content for your own commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Read this section carefully. It limits what you can hold us legally responsible for.
CropKart India guarantees the delivery of original, factory-sealed products. We do not guarantee your harvest.
Farming outcomes depend on a dozen factors entirely outside our control. Weather, soil quality, application timing, mixing ratios, and general farming practices all dictate crop success.
Because we cannot oversee how you store or apply the products once they reach your farm, CropKart India is not liable for crop failures, reduced yields, plant damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to the use of the products we sell.
If a product arrives defective, your maximum legal remedy against us is limited strictly to a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, provided you meet the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
We operate out of Kavali. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
If we ever end up in a legal dispute over your use of CropKart India, the matter will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Kavali, Andhra Pradesh, India.
